I’m really frustrated, it is bad enough that I can not speak to a person on the phone. When I am told by a fcuking bot that I can speak with an agent between 9am-2pm Monday to Saturday, it is now 11:36am on a Saturday & quelle surprise no agent is available - this is sub standard service. You have increased my direct debit by £25 without consulting me - WHY? Some one has best contact me & SOON. If you do not then I will be cancelling this policy. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN OR AN AGENT ON LINE. Would not recommend
