Hopeless experience. Easy to set up policy, however the link to the portal will not accept my email address. It keeps coming up that it is already in use. Trying to get through on the live chat is hopeless. Not a good experience. They need a phone number to contact for issues that come up like this. Thinking of cancelling and going with another provider.
