There is a requirement to open an account before you can contact the Customer Support. The problem is if you can’t get past the opening process you are lumbered and there is no way of reaching them to try to sort the problem out. I was not told there was going to be this difficulty in getting Customer Support and frankly, I think the model is flawed. I’m going to cancel my policy even though it will cost me money, I can’t be spending all day trying to get through the customer opening procedure. I think I was seriously misled about the quality of the company and the fact it is so difficult to reach them. There is no customer service.
