I have been trying to stop the renewal of my policy for several days and thought I had succeeded after getting help from the online chat with the virtual assistant. However the final 'button' to complete the transaction was missing from the screen! I have taken screen shots of the various stages I went through with the completed sections, dates and times. Unbelievably my policy has been renewed and I can now cancel the policy if I pay the first instalment. Obviously I have been unable to 'talk' to an actual person because the virtual assistant kept giving me the run around. There isn't even an obvious place in which to make a complaint.
