Very unhappy as I did not receive a renewal letter! Then I couldn't access the online portal to check if the insurance had automatically renewed. For fear of having no car insurance, I purchased a policy with an alternative insurance provider. On the day the insurance was due to expire I received a text from Yoga. Too late to contact me now! To make matters worse then are charging me £49.99 to cancel their policy that I didn't even know I had! Impossible to make contact Yoga to seek assistance!
