You took money out of my account after I had cancelled renewal due to your expensive renewal price... Then after contacting you to demand a full refund you charged me £49.99 absolutely unacceptable.. I will never use you again and I will advise others to avoid you. I want my 49.99 back as it's needed to pay other insurer
