I need a human to help me! I can’t get into my app, must have used a password spelt incorrectly so I can’t get in to speak to the human. The app doesn’t allow for resending link for new password. I need to check if my old car is still registered with you after insuring my new car and how it affects premium,NCB or if I’ll get a refund of premium for the old car.
I’m not enjoying this system, there’s no flexibility.
I need to be contacted by email with a link of how to get in.
