Most insurance companies need a positive action by the customer to renew a policy not this company.
I have already taken out an insurance policy with a different company. Also there is no telephone contact and no option to change a password if the previous has been forgotten making communication difficult.
I have contacted the bank to cancel my renewal as it was not authorised by myself
