We are with Yoga insurance and found their claim handling services extremely poor. We have been waiting 3 weeks for a decision on our car, will it be a write off or repaired, and in the meantime we have no courtesy car and no transport. The telephone service provided by yoga is non responsive and all communication has been by email which takes days for them to respond, and we are chasing and no one is calling to give a progress update on the claim. The experience has been very poor and stressful.
