I’ve tried to cancel my renewal, even wrote to the complaints dept at head office,
I was unable to log into my account as they had changed log in details and I couldn’t do it.
I’m 75yrs old not brilliant with computers,and there is no telephone for them.
Now I get an email saying they’ve renewed my policy, no reply. Emailmccann.
