Every time I make a claim it takes months, you have to do it yourself.
Everything online, pretty low budgets, premium last £680, this year with no claims £1800 ,sure needs to keep your business.
If you don't comply, you're on hold till you do, broker did fine, insurance very disappointing 😑. Jim
