I needed to amend my options as the automatic renewal price was too high. The website was not working, the chat bot service was useless and there are no actual human agents employed to be able to address this.
I therefore had no option but to cancel my direct debit, and arrange with my bank to block any attempt from Yoga to take money and arrange insurance through a different provider.
