I’ve made a change to my policy and paid the fee. The new documents received by email did not include the change. I thought maybe I made a mistake or missed something so I made the change again and paid another fee but yet again the new documents that were received were wrong again. It is so hard to try and resolve this when I’m in a position where I’m not even sure if I’m legal to drive my car
