My wife had contacted Yoga Insurance to let them know that we would nir be renewing our insurance policy through them , then we had an email telling us that our Insurance policy had started again with them , it srarted on Wednesday 25th Sept , my wife cancelled the pollicy on the same day but has been charged £50 to do so , this is an absolute disgrace as we had let them know we were not renewing with them , i believe that we had a 7 day cooling period to cancel with no charge , scandalous service
