Yoga online service made incorrect assumptions one of which I can't amend without a human as it does not appear on the self service portal.
The online chat bot was a total waste of time.
It cost me money to change one problem via a policy amendment which cost me £20 and because I can't change the other problem as yoga has zero customer service over the weekend, I've paid for car insurance that I can't use.
The automated service did however offer me a cancellation quotation as an option. It actually wanted to charge me to cancel. I'm furious.
