I took the insurance out some 3 weeks before the start date. When i got the paperwork after paying the premium i noticed that my son was not insured.
i therefore asked to cancel the policy but was informed that somewhere in the small print there was an admin fee of £50 but i could add him for £73.
What happened to the 'cooling off period' that comes with most transactions.
