This is the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with In 25 years!! After having a knock for knock accident on a single track road a short distance from home on the 1st of October the car is still say on the drive way and waisted hours (days on the phone) it seems like there doing everything to avoid paying out! Don't waist your time people the stress is just not worth it.
