I cannot speak more highly of this company.....lovely ethos, quality products (though often for me a little too pricey to justify for myself so support by buying as presents....worth a little more). Their customer service is really personal, genuine and kind which is so refreshing in this day and age and unfortunately is not the norm. I had a small issue with a product recently and the customer care response was swift and over and above.
