First experience of this company. Found it easy to navigate the website and order. I was pleased with my purchases - the yoga mat and book. I liked the fact that I was kept informed of progress of delivery and in the case of the signed book, the reason for the delay in sending it out. I like that the items are sourced from independent suppliers and that they are often ethnic, free trade or environment friendly. My only negative is once i've ordered I feel bombarded with emails.
