Very happy with the product and the service received. Fast delivery and I was given updates, including the offer of an alternative, when, due to the covid-19 situation, they thought my original choice would not be available in a reasonable time. Was very impressed that this offer was made in a personal phone call and not by email, very refreshing. Ended up having a nice chat and getting some good advice about breathing techniques...
