Ordered a acket in a size 48. They sent me a 38. When I contacted them there was no attempt to get me a suitable replacement all they sent me were instructions as to how to send the jacket back. They were very clear that it will take 3 weeks at least before I am refunded. Clearly they couldn't care about customer service. I am out of pocket and they don't care.
Avoid a company that can't send the correct suze of an advertised product. Then refuse to send the correct size or a suitable alternative and take weeks to refund you.
