“Do not buy from Yoox!
I made an order of a hoodie.
I was sent a hoodie that was a different size, colour and brand to what I ordered.
I reported this to there live chat agents who advised me they had made a note I received the wrong item and to return the wrong item for a refund.
I returned the wrong item as instructed and weeks later they are refusing to refund stating the item does not match the item I ordered.
I have spoken with at least 12 different live chat agents and several agents on the phone.
Not a single one will will assist me all requesting I wait for a response but weeks have now passed.
Yoox clearly do not like returns even when the return was initiated due to an error of there own so they are attempting to keep my money by repeatedly ignoring me.
I have requested to speak with a manager but all agents (live chat and call) refuse to accommodate this.
I have requested the details of there ombudsman but they refuse to provide this.
Do not buy from Yoox as they will refuse to refund if you return an order.
If you take the risk of buying form Yoox and are not happy with the item, my suggestion would be to sell it on eBay as Yoox will not refund you if your return an item.

“Ordered a acket in a size 48. They sent me a 38. When I contacted them there was no attempt to get me a suitable replacement all they sent me were instructions as to how to send the jacket back. They were very clear that it will take 3 weeks at least before I am refunded. Clearly they couldn't care about customer service. I am out of pocket and they don't care.
Avoid a company that can't send the correct suze of an advertised product. Then refuse to send the correct size or a suitable alternative and take weeks to refund you.”
“I made an order and was sure I would get it before Christmas. They say it usually takes only 1-3 days for order to be ready for delivery. After 5 days of waiting and reading lots of negatives feedbacks on facebook page (right about orders are not shipped for 2-3 weeks:) I became really nervious. I sent the message through the facebook, they said they aggred to cancel my order and I would get my money back in 24 hours. Image my surprise when next day I discovered the mail that my order had been shipped:)) Very strange company. Still waiting for the package - hope everything will be ok:))”
