As a long-time loyal customer, I placed an order on February 17 for several items for an important event.
Today, I received a shipping confirmation only to find that my much-anticipated blouse was refounded without an explanation.
Upon calling customer service twice to explain my urgent need, I found the same blouse available in my size, but at a significantly higher price!Unfortunately, my attempts to get a price match resulted in YOOX offering 10% discount with my next purchase. No thanks.
I'm really hoping YOOX can get this blouse back at the original price, along with expedited shipping.
