I placed my beer gift set order online requiring delivery on a specific day. Not only was it delivered as directed, they called to let me know they were short one of the bottles I wanted. I called with the replacement information. They called again simply to ensure all was correct. There was a price difference and the next day my credit card emailed to advise me of the Yorkvilles credit.
