“The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I have placed multiple orders with this company. On one specific order, immediately after clicking submit, I realized the billing address had been copied to the shipping address in error. Within one minute of placing the order, I called to advise that the shipping address was incorrect. Within that same minute, I also sent an email clearly stating the issue and providing the correct shipping address.
The manager confirmed that they received both my call and email before a shipping label was created. A CSR also stated they received the message and attempted to call me back, though I did not receive that call—likely because I was on the phone trying again to reach them.
Despite this, the manager acknowledged they knew the address was incorrect, yet the order was still shipped. The shipment went out approximately 30 minutes later, which was more than enough time to correct the shipping address—especially since they were aware of the error prior to creating the shipping label.
I followed up three times, only to be told that they knowingly shipped the order to the wrong address anyway. Their response was that, according to their terms and conditions, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier after a shipping label has been created. However, they shipped via Canada Post, not a courier, and there is no way to change the destination once shipped.
When I explained all of this to the manager, he rudely interrupted me multiple times, showed no understanding, and offered no assistance whatsoever. He repeatedly stated, “as per the terms and conditions, you need to contact the courier.” There was no offer to replace the gift, no discount, and no attempt at resolution.
As a result, we are now out $125, my client will not receive her gift (as she is in another city), and I am forced to repurchase another gift to replace this one.
This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, customer care, and basic service standards. This was my last order with this company. Extremely poor customer service.”
“Watch out Scam!
I should have done my homework. I ordered their Globetrotter Premium Basket and paid extra for a Glenlivet 12 yr Scotch. The Basket was a Globe decanter, cigars, gourmet peanut brittle and my high end liquor.
Was was sent was embarrassing. A bottle of Jim Beam bourbon, 6 glasses, a glass decanter, 2 cheap cigars and a ballpark bag of brittle clusters. I was ripped off! And they will claim they have a right to substitute upon your order should they need to based on the timing in which you want your order to go out.
And they downgrade their substitutions, hard.”

“Unacceptable Service- Do not Use this Company
I ordered two baskets a month in advance for an event and they only delivered one. When I called, I spoke to both a manager and a supervisor who couldn’t have cared less. Their only “solution” was to give me a refund or drop off the missing basket the next day — completely useless if it’s after my event. I even offered to pick it up myself or send someone to pick it up to fix their mistake but the second basket wasn’t even made and I was told that’s a “service they do not provide.” In other words, they messed up, and then refused to do anything meaningful to make it right or take any accountability for it. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers. Do not recommend at all I would give them a 0 if I could.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! This is a scam. Nothing came as expected or as shown online. When I sent photos and requested a refund I was told they have every right to substitute whatever they have available without notice. Items I received were broken, tattered and in disarray from the products to the box itself. I do not believe for one second there is ever an attempt at accuracy in fulfillment and they dismiss any accountability behind a policy that was not possibly written in good faith. How incredibly disingenuous to be promoting themselves as a reputable company. Please don’t give them your money.”
