While the product itself was great and exactly what I expected, my order was delayed by a few days. I understand delays happen, but I wish they had communicated with me about the delay beforehand. It would have been nice to know in advance rather than waiting without any updates. That being said, the quality of the product was excellent, and the customer service was responsive when I reached out. I would consider ordering again, but I hope they improve their communication about delivery times in the future.
