APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I received a broken tree that had its branches deliberately snapped to fit in a tiny box!? Which is now dead...it was a wedding anniversary gift!! This is so upsetting to see it broken and now dead.
With its branches intact there was no way it would of fit into the shape of the tiny box it came in.
You garden Ignore emails and delete complaints each day on thier Facebook page. Give me my money back!?😡 it's been almost two weeks with no reply. Disgusting service. Would not use again.
