I left a poor review about this company when 16 lavender plants arrived instead of the 40 I had ordered, and the initial response to my contact was dismissive and seemingly disinterested. However a few weeks later, someone from You Garden contacted me and was helpful, efficient and my order has now been completed, with healthy looking plants, which were delivered on time, as agreed.
So, to set the record straight, a way to go, but perhaps there is hope!
