I ordered two roses said they would arrive in mid Nov i rang 28th November to be told that they are waiting for one of the roses and that it has just arrived should be with you in a couple of days rang again today 2nd December to be told they are waiting for one of the roses, so i have just cancelled the order and asked for a refund
What a shabby service and I will not bother to order anymore items from your company
