Absolute waste of time. Paid for a tree and 2wks later nothing. I asked for a delivery update and was sent an email saying to check the original order if in doubt. Replied saying the order was now a week overdue and there still wasn't even a dispatch confirmation. Then they just cancelled my order and ignored my follow up emails. Will never use again. Total waste of time.
