Stressful, disappointing, money wasting experience - never again!
Upon placing my order my items were listed on the website as being in stock and to expect 7-10 days for delivery.
After waiting almost 3 weeks I phoned for an update - and was told that all items were in stock and should be dispatched shortly - nope, that didn't happen.
I waited another week and phoned again, this time I was politely told to "be more patient" ( or option to cancel for refund )
Another two weeks went by and my third phone call confirmed plants were now dispached.
Ultimately took - 39 days to deliver! It seems to me there is a major flaw in this companies communications system - customer service / website operators / nursery packers all seem oblivious to what each other is doing - resulting in a very poor service to the customer.
The plants themselves were disappointing, the tiny £14 eucalyptus was very shrivelled on one side and the lavender plugs smaller than expected, poor value for money.
Update - eucalyptus only took a week to totally die. A passive aggressive staff member reluctantly agreed to replace this plant, fingers crossed for better quality with the replacement.
I did email yougarden prior to writing this review, they took a week to reply with a generic platitude.
I will never order from this unprofessional supplier again.
