I placed an order on the 4th May. I queried the order by email 2 weeks later and the response I had was that it was a busy time of year. My thoughts were that they should have realised this when they took the order.
The order finally arrived on 2nd June with a dead plant that they charged me £9.99 for.
I have not had an answer yet, and from reading these reviews, I won't hold my breath.
