Plant delivered to wrong address even though all done over the phone. Plant half dead. Customer service had no interest and said keep it 30 days ? No apology or attempt to resolve the issue. When requested a refund as they’d messed up was told I had to pay for the postage to return it?? Disgusting and still no apology or offer to resolve. The plant was meant to go to a sick relative! So angry and ripped off!!!
