I am very unhappy with the service provided by YouGarden. Order placed over 10 days ago, no email on follow up or if purchased items has been discharged. Rather all I am bombarded with are emails about their products and sales!!!
I have tried emailing kept bouncing back and at some point says mailbox is full and try later. This is ridiculous and I can assure you that I will not be using them again. It is much quicker and easier to visit one’s local garden store.
Terrible service should have read the review first.
