My mum ordered two hanging baskets which she never received, but they cashed the cheque. She sent a letter and also emails. They didn't even acknowledge emails and eventually after over a month they sent a cheque for refund. Customer Service is appauling and would not recommend this company. Can't believe The Daily Mail allow them to advertise their products in the newspaper. Do not buy anything from YouGarden Limited
