I bought two bare root fruit trees. They charged £8.99 delivery which I hadnt noticed until the confirmation of order details. I have questioned it and was told that although the delivery is £6.99 I have incurred surcharges which make it £8.99. I asked them to clarify what the surcharges were for and was told that some buyers have to pay surcharged when they buy certain goods and services. They didn’t explain further. I will not be ordering from them again and will cancel my membership.
