Badly packed and out of it's pot when it arrived, we contacted their customer service (very unhelpful) and they told us to keep it for a month unfortunately it died, we contacted them again and we sent photos as requested and in one conversation was told it was very dry then after another set of photos we were told it's too wet. Finally we contacted Amazon who sent us a refund. Very poor experience and I would never shop with them again
