Received a bare root rose in the winter (these will not shoot until the following spring), it never came to life in the spring, but they are refusing a refund as it was after the 30 days, and will only replace if I pay for the postage and packaging again.
Shoddy atrocious customer service, who do not reply to the points I make in any emails
