Same issue for us. After a week we emailed to get a tracking number and this is what we received:
"Sorry to hear that,Based on our refund policy,both Shopify and us will have to charge a 15% handling fee and restocking fee which is non-refundable,hope you understand."
The only thing I understand is that this is a scam...☹️
