I booked a golf holiday for a party of 11 to Portugal but had to cancel on 20th August due to pandemic. They offered and I accepted a full refund (£8800). Over 4 months later I have review nothing despite chasing, phoning and emailing their customer service department on multiple occasions. They promise to phone
back but never do. I’ve been promised updates but they have not been provided. Truly appalling customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I am now contemplating legal action.
