Shocking Customer Service
Having had a golf trip for 12 people cancelled back in September 20 due to Covid 19, we were promised a refund. We were later told that it would take a substantial 12 weeks to receive a full refund. Several emails and phone calls later we have still not been refunded, with no further timeframe given by YGT on when we will get this. It's been a myriad of lies, inaction and overpromising. This is an appalling way to treat customers, especially as we have been booking with them for many years. Its now been 5 months with no refund......and counting.
