Booked this holiday over to weeks ago for 12 people and paid the deposit by debit card, £480, seem to remember that I would get a confirmation for the holiday in 48 hours, still waiting.
There has been contact with an agent as some minor details have changed for one couple in the group but would have thought that it would have been easy to send a confirmation for the deposit and follow it up closely with the full confirmation.
