I cancelled our booking for 13 people in February 2021 due to ongoing Covid restrictions on the understanding we would all lose the £50 deposit we all originally paid. The remaining balance would be back in my account within 12 weeks as per YGT policy, given the Covid complications i understood this. It is now 24 weeks since I originally cancelled the booking and 12 weeks beyond YGTs company policy of a refund within 12 weeks. YGT have now broken there own T&Cs so a full refund including our original deposits should be repaid. I am in no doubt that YGT are making this refund process as complicated as possible so they can keep our money despite being in breach of all the UK Government Guidelines on refunds and timescales. Lee Westwood needs to have a word with this SHAMBLES of a company and get them to payback what is rightly due to its customers. I will never be booking with YGT again, they are a DISGRACE...
