We all know problems have occurred due to COVID, however but Your Golf Travel seem to take this to a new level.
Holiday Cancelled in early Feb 2021.
Promised Refund in 3 Months
Then delayed to 3 Months from Holiday date.
Then stated it was happening soon.
Chased them repeatedly for a committed date which we did receive.
Promised date has not past and they seem to be ambivalent to returning our money.
This was a booking for several couples and is a significant amount of money.
Note: This holiday followed on from a holiday in April 2020 where we were not given refund option. We had to rebook and they retained all monies paid for full duration
