AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY.
We've waited for over 27weeks so far for a couple of our party who can sadly no longer go away, due to covid to get a refund. We stuck by YGT through the whole covid period and even rebooked when we could have got our money back over £12000. They've been nothing short of a shambles, customer service dont do any thing apart from tell you more lies or palm you off.
