Glen was excellent. He listened and then acted promptly. My only, minor, disappointment was that he was unable to give me the Dru belt (party of 12 required but restriction only shown in small print on second page) or Srixon golf balls (had been included in previous 4-ball bookings by my group).
Overall a very good customer focussed service.
