Would have been rated 'Very Good' but for 2 points
- Booking Confirmation understated deposit paid, but quickly corrected after quick tel call
- Verbal call made within 3 days of receiving original cost quotation to agree acceptance generated a 'pause' while accommodation availability for previously stated dates was checked and found not available. Fortunately we had flexibility and were disappointed this check did not seem to have been made prior to the original quotation.
