The reality was nothing like my usual call centre experience, as I got straight through to a human being within seconds. Matt Frith was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly went throughout our intended itinerary (8 of us golfing in Portugal for 6 days next October), made some very useful comments and suggestions, then delivered a package that not only provided all the golf and accommodation requirements spot-on, but at a very competitive cost. The boys are very impressed, as am I.
