When talking to staff, the service was excellent. Both Rob and Bradley went out of their way to help.
However, their was a glitch. I phoned a number of times over two days to amend the booking. Each time I was told to leave a message and someone would return the call. I also sent an email. No one got back. This was frustrating. Eventually, I phoned the new booking line. When I did the service was again excellent.
