Professional service, very responsive and action issues promptly. The team all appear to have access to the booking details which is positive and helps progress issues. Good rates vs. booking direct. Individual appeared knowledgeable of the courses and area. Only issue, it would have been nice to have been told the deposit was non-refundable before rather than after making the payment.
